Liv Boeree is an amazing woman and the next guest in our poker girls profiles. She was born on July 18, 1984 and was the winner of the 2010 EPT in San Remo, Italy. Being a high profile poker player herself, she is also an acclaimed poker host and model. She went to the University of Manchester where she studied physics and astrophysics.

Liv Boeree first began making a name for herself in the poker world when she was a contestant on the Ultimate Poker Showdown, a reality show with a total of 5 entrants. She personally received poker tips and coaching from Phil Hellmuth, Dave Ulliot and Annie Duke. After the conclusion of the reality series, she was fully hooked on poker and began playing as much as she could, mostly at the Gusthot Club in the UK. It was there where she was randomly offered the host of Gutshot TV coverage of the WSOP in Vegas, which she gladly accepted. Liv is now known as the online host of Challenge TV and the European Poker Tour as well as some online segments of the World Series of Poker Europe.

Liv has also put up some impressive stats in her playing days as well, conquering first place in the Ladbrokes Euro Ladies Championship in 2008, with a 1st place prize of $30,000. She has a respectable 12 money finishes in various World Series events as well, something she is quite proud of but definitely wants to improve. Boeree’s biggest cash to date was winning the EPT San Remo main event for a total of €1,250,000, becoming only the 3rd woman in history to ever win a WPT main event title. Shortly after, she signed a deal to play on PokerStars’s Team Pro, and has accumulated a total of over $2 million in live tournament winnings to date.
