One of the most popular promotions on PartyPoker has returned. The Gladiator, which awards players for their patronage, is back for the month of March. Players can accumulate Party Points every day and climb a ladder to increase the cash rewards they receive. Even micro-stakes players can achieve something by gaining access to a $10,000 freeroll for limited qualifying action. Those worthy of the title Gladiator will put in massive numbers of hands every day during the promotion and could be rewarded with a $12,500 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Prize Package.
The Gladiator promotion started on March 3rd. According to the number of points earned each day, you’ll receive a cash reward. Players who hit the minimum target of just 10 points for five days will claim entry into a $10,000 freeroll. As players play more days and earn more points, the prize gets bigger, with up to $7,500 in cash to be won. For the most dedicated players, 2,000 points during the entire 30 day promotional period will win them an exclusive $12,500 WSOP Main Event prize package. This amazing reward includes the $10,000 Main Event buy-in, hotel and hospitality, and $1,000 in spending money.
Players who accumulate 10 points on five days receive automatic entry into the $10,000 freeroll. For 20 points during the same period, a $15,000 freeroll entry is rewarded, while players who get 50 points per day for five days go into a $25,000 freeroll.
The highest dollar amounts come when players put in massive numbers of hands over an extended period. Players are reminded that these rewards are not based on the number of consecutive days and are instead based on the number of days they earn points during the time period. Players who tally 1,000 Party Points for five days get a respectable $350, while if you accumulate 2,000 Party Points for five days, you’ll get a $950 reward. In order to participate in the Gladiator, players must visit PartyPoker’s website and bring up the promotions page. At the bottom, there is a large green button that says “Opt in Here,” which must be clicked. Once you have gone through the sign-up process, you are entered into the promotion. All values mentioned are in U.S. Dollars despite the fact that PartyPoker does not accept players from the United States. Winners of the $12,500 WSOP Package will be offered a cash alternative of $10,000. For those players who make the trip to the WSOP, they must agree to wear branded clothing while playing in the tournament.
The Gladiator freerolls will take place at 14:30 ET on Saturday, April 3rd with registration starting at midnight on Friday, April 2nd. The number of players who can enter each freeroll will be capped at 10,000.
